Mornings can be somewhat chaotic. You must prepare the children for school, prepare breakfast, pack lunches, and prepare for the day. Try waking up earlier and putting your to-do list aside. You'll feel less rushed and won't begin your day comparing yourself to others on social media if you put down your phone.


Take a sip of water. You can also add some lemon juice for added flavor. Morning water consumption encourages continued water consumption throughout the day. It can even assist you in waking up!
